Nice service despite the "corona stress". Recommended as a stop after or during a hike. Parking for non-hikers nearby.

You can sit here very well and enjoy the view. The service was unfortunately not that good, it took a long time for food and drinks to arrive. When it came to paying, however, they were fixed ... The food was then very tasty.

The taste of the food is okay, the amount is just sufficient (but probably also different depending on the dish). The prices are rather steep for what is offered. However, I cannot judge to what extent this is different outside of Corona times. The service was very friendly and very attentive.

Inn located on the edge of the forest with a beer garden and a beautiful view of the North German Plain. Ideal for stopping off on a hiking tour through the Deister.

Wine was delicious, the kitchen was closed because they couldn't keep up. With a small kitchen you should perhaps not have the entire interior + the entire, very large, beer garden open if you want to offer food everywhere

I can't understand many reviews. If a restaurant is well attended, I as a guest have to expect waiting time !? When I go out to eat I take a lot of time. The food is good and the prices perfectly reasonable for this type of location and quality. Go on like this!

The approach could be a bit better signposted, but when you are up there you will find a large garden with a lot of seating and a well-implemented hygiene concept. There is something for everyone on the menu. Delicious food at fair prices. A great destination after a hike, a mountain bike tour or just to have a good time. Very friendly staff and the interior dining room was very cozy. Great place.

I was not served after a 3/4 hour wait. Also no guest slip filled out. Instead, the plate filled by the previous guest and his plates of glasses etc. were still there. The landlady and waitress cleared empty tables etc. I spoke to both of them and said "they'll be right there" Then I went. Not again!! In addition, data protection and corona rules are disregarded. Not possible.

Were in the Deister Alm today. The food is delicious and the meat is tender. Veal liver and goulash. 😋. The staff friendly. Nice terraces and seats under the fruit trees.

After the reopening after the Corona break we were there a few times. Corona caused the decoration was not as complex and beautiful as before. Nevertheless, it was very cozy inside and out. The service was very friendly and quick. The food was excellent and decoratively presented. For us, the Deister Alm is one of the best restaurants in Barsinghausen.

Amazing food and a great view from the outdoor seats. Tonnes of walking paths around the place. Plenty of parking, and a children's play area.
